The “Home of the Future” features advanced energy efficiency measures and solar electric photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal hot water systems. The goal of the Home of the Future project is to build a true Zero Energy Home, that is a home with no annual electric or natural gas utility bill, and demonstrate the features of the home to the public and local builders.
