Kevin has served on the Board of Directors since 2019. 

He is Deputy Secretary General of New Energy Industry Association for Asia and the Pacific, a San Jose, California based non-profit organization with the mission of promoting global alliances in green tech globally, through training and events focused on: solar, energy storage, hydrogen, fuel cell, electric vehicle & smart energy. The association is a co-organizer of SNEC PV Power Expo Shanghai (a trade show larger than Intersolar North America and Solar Power International/SPI), and Solar Power Mexico (which SPI is a key joint venture partner of). Kevin is also Vice President of California Solar LLC, which was founded in 2009 and engages in solar panel distribution and project consulting.

In prior positions, Kevin was Director of Manufacturing at Electroglas, a semiconductor equipment company in San Jose where he was responsible for managing manufacturing operation teams in the US, Singapore and China. He has served as Senior Manager at a semiconductor equipment contract manufacturing business which was a Foxconn subsidiary company; in this position he was responsible for supply chains and business development. Kevin also has many years of experience in product R&D. He worked as a senior mechanical engineer at Lam Research Corp, a leading semiconductor equipment company where he developed the flagship wafer etch product which enabled the company to become the market share leader in the industry. He was also a mechanical engineer at Dana Corp, developing products for the auto industry. 

Kevin holds Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Cincinnati. He attended the MBA program at California State University, and took a Solar PV Financial Investment class through UC Berkeley Extension. Kevin Holds three US patents, and other ones in Europe and Brazil.
